Diabetes Management
Diabetes in children is a chronic condition that affects the body's ability to regulate blood sugar levels, with two main types being Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. Type 1 Diabetes occurs when the immune system attacks insulin-producing cells in the pancreas, while Type 2 Diabetes is often related to lifestyle factors and insulin resistance. ​Managing diabetes involves careful monitoring of blood sugar levels, dietary adjustments, and sometimes insulin therapy.
